| broken bolts i have a 1991 xlt lariat 5.0. but anyways some of the bolts came out on the left side of the engine and one sheered off they were holding on the alternator bracket and belt tensioner bracket. i dont know how many bolts there are holding it on i was wondering how many there are and if the one that sheered off could be taken out with a easy out and if i take the radiator out so i have room i have no clue how hard it will be to get to the bolt and if this could be done quick if i just worked at it really hard for a day because im in hawaii and its in california so i was hoping to work on it the first day i was there so i could drive it the rest of the time. and when this all happen the alternator wires got pulled out of the plug and i was wondering if that would be easy to fix. i just needed some opinions though because i was having someone fix it for me but he said it couldnt be done that quick, but i am thinking he is just saying that because he doesnt want to do it |
