Ford Fairlane Ford Fairlane was produced from 1955 through 1969. The original body design was the full sized Ford body which started out as a family vehicle and slowly evolved into many different available models and body styles. The exterior paint and trim options, seemed endless with elaborate cloth woven seat covers and a rainbow of paint combinations.

Default 64 fairlane body width?
New member here.

Hoping you guys could help me. I am hoping to be driving this weekend to pick up my 64 Fairlane restore project, and have available to me a very sturdy but not so wide utility trailer with full sides.

It will save me a lot of money for trailer transport rental if possible, but I need to know the overall width of a 64 Fairlane. This measurement should be at the widest part of the car including door handles or bumpers. This is so I can know if it will pull between the walls at widest part.
