Ford FairlaneFord Fairlane was produced from 1955 through 1969. The original body design was the full sized Ford body which started out as a family vehicle and slowly evolved into many different available models and body styles. The exterior paint and trim options, seemed endless with elaborate cloth woven seat covers and a rainbow of paint combinations.
Hello!
I wonder if the front fenders of a -55 fits a -56?
I have a Fairlane Town Sedan 1956 with very rusty front fenders and I have found fenders of a 1955, but i donīt know if itīs a customline or fairlane...
Don't know if you found an answer yet, but the 55 fenders will definately fit the 56. The only difference would be the trim. The trim retainer holes would not be the same but could be welded up and re-drilled where needed. This would require repainting the fenders of course.
