Cowl vent gaskets

Ford Fairlane Ford Fairlane was produced from 1955 through 1969. The original body design was the full sized Ford body which started out as a family vehicle and slowly evolved into many different available models and body styles. The exterior paint and trim options, seemed endless with elaborate cloth woven seat covers and a rainbow of paint combinations.

Cowl vent gaskets

I'm trying to repair a rusted passenger side cowl vent in my 66 Fairlane. The previous owner tried to just fiberglass over the damage and plug the vent. My guess is there should have been gaskets or seals between the cowl and the plastic vent damper and the heater plenum inlet. Does anyone sell repops?
