Falcon differential??

Hi I own a South African Ford Capri V8 Perana - based on the Ford 302 SB engine, C4 Auto box and a 2.92 diff/axle.

I have had the axle narrowed to accept my new Moser shafts. The drive shaft splines are 25. The ratio is definately 2.92 and is a non Locker type.

I want to put a Limited Slip diff in this axle. I am just plain not sure if it's an XB, XY, XA axle. I cannot find any markings on the casing.

The car was bult in 1971.

I believe it's possible to get an LSD for this axle - so my question is/are

1. How can I tell which car the axle is from i.e. Falcon, Fairlane?

2. Where can I get a slipper to put in the case whilst retaining my 25 spline shafts?
