Ford Fairlane Ford Fairlane was produced from 1955 through 1969. The original body design was the full sized Ford body which started out as a family vehicle and slowly evolved into many different available models and body styles. The exterior paint and trim options, seemed endless with elaborate cloth woven seat covers and a rainbow of paint combinations.

Default 66 Farlane Questions
I'm new to the Forum, I'm really into Rivieras but I just found a 1 owner 66 and is either a 500 XL or just a 500 but it has the 390 V8, buckets and console, Auto, looks like original paint, nice interior, it has a small air intake in both rear quarters that sends air into trunk area. It has body side molding full length of car, and it has a black vinyl tape stripe way down along above rocker molding and the 390 emblem. The wheels or wheel covers are body color with lug nuts showing and are kind of cone shape. It shows 50K miles. The bad news is it has been in garage for about 12 years. The owner has taken top off the carb, looks like parts are there. Is this a car to own, what shold I look for and what is the value, High and low.
