You might want to check all the spot weld on the shock towers and maybe even weld all the seams like the did on trans am car, tom your next weak link is that the control arm breaks up the shock tower, Good time to reinforce it. you can maybe look up somewhere how they didi it. i had a few spot weld s crack on my 66 stang i used to road race /

here is a better look at the throttle linkage that I used out of the Granada. and i made the black bracket that bolts to the intake.
