Default Castlemaine Speed Shop trans mounts

Hey Aussies! Does the new owner of Castlemaine Speed Shop still offer the transmount to install the V-8 into the early Falc?

Never saw one offered on Ebay and I am surprised as most Yanks are unaware of the item.

Maybe someone could provide the measurements so that we Yanks could build duplicates? (U.S. readers, this is one nicely thought out detachable trans crossmemeber as it correctly locates the rear of the trans and stiffens th chassis at the same time.)

Okay, so everyone is going "Huh!".

Take a look at the following website/catalog page:

http://www.rodshop.com.au/catalogues/EngineMounts.pdf

Look at the top center of the page for the kits numbered EM8 & EM8A, the trick trans mount is the second item down in the photo. Not a good photo but until i can add a better photo it will give some people an idea as to how it is made.

And for the Ynaks, "XK-XL-XM" means the 60-61, 62-63, 64-65 Aussie built Ford Falcon. Same undersides as the North American cars but set up for RHD.

Could someone PLEASE post a photo (or scaled drawing) of one of these crossmembers?

All I have is a photo in an article by Supercar and copuying it to post is, ahem, illegal, would provide a grainy image.

I wouldn't care if you posted the article, but I guess supercar could get mad.
