Is there a fuse somewhere between the battery and the relay or does this car have a fuel reset switch like some other Ford vehicles that needs to be reset? And if this car does have a fuel reset switch where is it located?

There is supposed to be a inertia switch somewhere according to Haynes. Toyota used to put them under the drivers seat but I doubt Ford/Kia did that. Haynes shows a small panel that may be in the back of the car in the truck/hatch area. If this car has not been in an accident and they stress this because the airbags could go off and I am not aware that the 93 did have airbags. You open the little door and press a button thats behind it.
