Ford Focus Overall, it feels cushier than other compacts, both in terms of its comfortable seats and its soft suspension. It's fun to drive, however, with agile handling. It's comfortable on long trips and stable at high speeds. The Focus is among the best of the compacts in terms of ride quality and has been lauded by the enthusiast publications for its handling.

Default Hello and Help!! Malfunctioning cd player has eaten a cd!

Hello! I own a 2006 Ford Focus SES ZX4 with cd player. On my way home from work I tried to eject a cd and the player started to make clicking noises as if it were trying to eject the cd but could not. Then it would say "no cd" and keep clicking. I am completely baffled as to why this would happen. I have had the car for about a year with no cd issues! Can anyone help me?

thanks!!!

You need to remove the cd player and get the description number off of it. bring to a ford dealer. If it's still under warranty they will order u a new one. IF not. u can pull out the cd player and have it sent in for repairs. Cd player issues are very common with the new ford models.

I believe an exchange unit runs 375.00 and they mail your cds back to you.
