03 ZTS has a bouncy rear end...

Anyone know of problems with the rear suspensions on this year of focus? It only has 70,000 Kms on it. I just put 4 new tires on it and also had them do a 4 wheel alignment to it. The toe was out in the rear. The car only bounces a bit over rough cracks in the road, I am assuming that it is just the crappy roads up here in the Canadian prairies but I do want to know if upgrading suspension components would help. I am thinking of purchasing those bars that attach across the tops of the shocks in the engine compartment and trunk, maybe that would make it worse , don't really know but anyone with suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Many times its broken sway bar links, but if you just had an alignment they should have been checked.
