2000 focus- Cold Mornings, Bad Vibrations

Please Help! I have an 00 Focus lx manual transmisson w/ about 140k on it. It has recently started having a bad vibration going through it after cold starts. It goes away after it reaches a good temp and runs normally. The vibrations seem to be more noticable when cornering, going over bumps and when coasting w/ car in gear but no foot on the gas. There also seems to be no power loss while it is shaking me down the road, which is shying me away from any vacuum leaks etc. I have replaced the plugs and wires, had the suspension all checked out, and cannot figure out what is the problem- any ideas??
