Exclamation 2005 freestar 86,000 km-tranny problem

Can anyone tell me if my transmission is going it shudders when shifting and the exclamation light came on the dash the other day and if I am covered on my warranty?

Dunno about the warranty. The guy who replaced the tranny in my Windstar, and others swear by Lucas Oil additive. It's less than $20, and sure better than a $2K+ rebuild. A fluid and filter change first sure wouldn't hurt.
