| Need help with a blinking dash light!! I just bought a 2005 ford freestar. There is a little red light on the center of the dash, up towards the windshield that has been blinking for several hours now. Anyone who can enlighten me on this?
Thanks! |

| Do you no what the light is? could it be the check engine light? if so go to your mecanic andhave it looked at. It might also be a problem with the coputer and you will have to get someone to flush the codes and re-enter them. Saw the same thing on a Pontiac Montana. |

| Anti theft? I found in the manual where there is a theft indicator located on top of the instrument panel. When the ignition is in the off position, the indicator will flash once every 2 seconds to indicate the SecuriLock system is functioning as a theft deterrent. So, I guess its supposed to do that?
Thanks for the response |
