Ford Freestar The Ford Freestar is a solid, highly capable minivan that performs well and offers all the latest safety features. Much of the Freestar's structure and design came from the Windstar it replaced. Windstar offered class-leading safety and solid performance for its time. Freestar is the highest quality minivan it has ever built.

Default 2005 ford freestar rear handle

The handle came off right in my hand. It looks like it just came disconnected some how. my problem is I'm having problems taking off the inside pannel. is there anything I have to take off aside from the 4 screws once off and is it as simple as making some reconnections

I haven't removed this panel but door panels in general aren't that bad. Typically, once you removed the panel there are clips that hold it on quite effectively but simply pop out. I don't think there are any handles, switches, or anything else attached to the panel which makes it easier than most doors. Good Luck!
