Opinion?? Best after market Warranty to buy

Hi,

My first post.. did a search and did not see much on non-ford extended warranties..
I just bought a very nice 04 Freestar SEL with leather only 53k from the original owner.. I spoke to him and he was very good about maintenance.. However, I did see all the concerns about trannys and such so I am a bit worried about mine.. I did take it to Amcco to checked it out..they said it was in great shape.. I did have them do add Tranny cooler just to help lower temps.. ( they had to remove the front of the van to add it!.. ) a bit pricey $250.. but worth it.. if it will prolong the tranny..

Anyway, the news online on warranties is overwhelming.. rating them is a night mare, alot of ticked off people that have not had there repairs paid..

SO is there any feed back here from "personal experience" as to what warranty compaines are working for them?

Any companies to stay away from... I was looking at Paragon Motor club and there undrewritting company.. seems pretty good rating by BBB...
