A comparison of the wiring diagrams shows the 2006 with tow package has stronger cooling fans that take 40 amp fuses wired direct through fusible links from the battery. The non-tow 2006 and all 2004 use 30A fuses in the BEC.
Would an auxilary transmission cooler require its own cooling fan too?
Or is it simply an extra cooling rad to hold and circulate additional transmission ATF?

On the '06, it's an extra cooler maybe half a foot high that goes in front of the bottom of the rad, plumbed in series. I'm not sure if it is ahead of the in-rad cooler, or after, as the manual is inconsistent.
