Default egr code?
i (mech)had to replace the manifold gasket on the 4.2( you know the problems big vac leak) now i have a egr code showing. any thoughts or trouble shoting i can do.



my average prior to fixing the gasket was 15.3 per gal

It would be helpful if we knew the exact code.

Code related to EGR are frequently caused by clogged EGR passageway between the EGR vale and where it enters the intake manifold.
