Colored Bars Under User Names

Hey every, sorry I have been away for this week and most of last week.

We added this color bars as a fun tool to show a level of involvement in the community. These bars take into account threads, posts, ratings, votes and activity on the site. I am trying to schedule some time to add more items like this to encourage people to stick around instead of post one of questions, get their answers, leave and never come back.
