Ford FusionThe Ford Fusion is an excellent choice among midsize sedans and should not be overlooked. The Fusion was introduced as an all-new vehicle for 2006 and it's a superb car. It handles well, looks purposeful, it's comfortable, and it delivers good value. Furthermore, the all-wheel-drive Ford Fusion extremely stable on wet pavement.
Is it all the speakers or just one or two? Check the wiring for the back speakers and see if it's connected or loose. Or just take it to the dealership and see if you can motivate their service department to deal with it.
I had the same type problem with a brand new '03 Mustang GT. After 57 days in the shop in a 18 month period They called it a "sound short" and claimed it could not be fixed. I talked with a lemon law attorney. He told me that it would be tough to win a suit over an issue that is not associated with the actual running of the car. He did give good advise as to how to pressure the dealership into taking the car back before actually suing Ford. It worked. They gave me a more than fair trade-in and a great lease deal on a Fusion. Will never buy another new vehicle again.
Hi I have been having the same issues with mine. The dealer suspects it is related to the sound compensating sensor (when you drive faster the radio is supposed to get louder)... Still at the station - will update when solved.
