can anyone tell me what manifold these are? my dad bought them years ago, i addumed he was trying to put them on his 67 galaxie with a 390gt motor. the number on them is c6oe9430.

I at one time put a 67 Fairlane engine in a 64 Galaxie, it had those manifolds on it, had to trim part of the body mount on the passenger side, to clear the exhaust pipe. I later moved that engine to my truck and the manifolds would not work on it.
