Ford Lightning The Lightning is based on the short-wheelbase, standard cab, flareside, two-wheel drive version of the F-150; in other words, the littlest one. Under the hood goes a 5.4-liter SOHC V-8, suitably pumped up with a supercharger and intercooler, and cranking out a not-inconsiderable 380 horsepower at 4,750 rpm and 450 lb.-ft. of torque at 3,250 rpm.

Default sparkplugs for 03 lightning
Own a 03 lightning with a 6 pound pulley 14 total pounds of boost now. what would a good spark plug and wire combo be or do i have coil packs

i believe you have the distributorless ignition, but you may want to double check. basically if you dont see a distributor then more than likely you dont have one. i would stick to the recommended Motorcraft Plugs.
