Default Thermostat change (Crown Vic)
I want to change out the thermostat on my 94 crown vic PI edition. I am considering the 160 or 180 degree options. Which one is better for performance? I don't know if the 160 will keep the engine too cool for operating purposes.

If you don't have any cooling issues the 180° will be the better choice for fuel mileage and performance.
