Default 2000 Taurus Stalling

Just Purchased This And Now I Have Problems -stalls And Dies When Slowing Or At Red Light. Has Been In Shop Twice The Last 3 Weeks. New Fuel Pump And Plugs. He Replaced The Cam Sensor? The Last Time It Was In.
Car Has 101000 Miles. It Also Will Hesitate While I Drive On Highway...
Any Suggestions Would Be Helpful-thanks

check for vacuum leaks I have an egr (evap canistor hose to intake) small hole in hose will make it stall, spray starting fluid on all vacumm lines with engine running. should rev up where the leak is.
