Sorry just saw this post but the answer is yes. The brakes are a bolt on, if by "everything" your including the spindles.
As a matter of fact all spindles on full size Fords '65 through the last BIG ones in '78 interchange, this also includes the '77-'79 T-bird/LTD II/Cougars.
Some times there are very minor fitment issues that need 'adjustment'. For instance, I have '77-'79 T-bird/LTDII/Cougar spindles on my '67 Galaxie. The boss the tie rod end goes through on the spindle is thicker and the stock '67 tierod ends don't stick up far enough for the cotter pin hole to line up in the castle nut. You can do one of two things, me I had 1/4 or 1/8 inch (I've since forgotten, just measure the old and new and take off the difference) milled off the TOP of that boss. A friend worked at a machine shop at the time and did it for free but said he wouldn't charge more then $10 each. The other is to use '70 Lincoln tierod ends. I haven't looked into this but it was mentioned to me the stud is taller so the hole stands up high enough.
Also in '71 or '72 through '78 they went with a 5x5 bolt pattern. You'd need an extra pair of rims or have the rotors redrilled to 5x4.5 pattern.
