Is your expedition a 4.6 or 5.4?

Have you tried ken belle's website?

There is the specific one on that web page... I didn't realize how many there were.. That will make it easier.
that one adds about 6psi to the 5.4L.

and this one adds about 6psi to the 4.6L.
So there you go.. one for each option. I hope it's enough power for you.
Good luck.

Kenne Belle Makes some of the best ones for the ford V-8 but you do get what you pay for. Also...Before you go too far into supercharging...What condition is your engine? How many miles on it? Last thing you want to do is add more power to a already tired engine.
And I agree on the UNIVERSAL JUNK. You can not get HP from adding a simple peice of tin to you intake.
