check engine lite

Ford exp 98 check engine lite keeps coming on, the code is for the EGR valve I have replaced the egr valve twice repalce the censer clean the ports and the tube to the exhaust had the intake manifold taken off and cleaned I am ready to take it to the Ford delear but I am afraid they are just going to tell me the EGR valve is bad I did buy an after market egr valve from a local parts dealer I can reset the check engine lite it will stay off 30 -45 mintues any ideas I hate to give up

code for the egr valve is 0402

There is a few things to check starting with vaccum sol. follow the vaccum hose which i think its green back it should join up with a red line at that sol. the valve should look like there is a top hat on it be careful and pull it off there should be a filter in it lightly blow the filter clean and the valve.
2. the other thing too check is at the exhaust line to the egr there should be two small hoses that go to a sensor called d.p.f.e. make sure they are clean. and if everythinf is okay i would believe its the d.p.f.e sensor the basic number is 9j460.

My engine light is on and i keep getting a sensor code number p1151 can anyone tell me what part that maybe?

on my 99 cv pol. intcpr is same thing. book tells me lf 02 sensor bad. also idles rough and miss at speed. new plugs and coil boots are ok. good luck
