Ford Pick-Up Ford Pickup Trucks - 1948 thru 1979 1948 was the year that Ford introduced the "F" prefix for use in designating the load capacity of its lighter duty trucks. The 1/2 ton was called an F-1, the 3/4 ton truck was referred to as an F-2 and the F-3 designation meant a one ton carrying capacity Pickup. The "F" series continued through F-8 for heavy duty trucks.

Default trans swap

your title says 351, but for a 352 it is a FE class engine and will require a FMX or a C6 from a 332, 352, 360, 390, 428 engine it has a full round bell type bell housing
other engines:
300 six 302 and small block 351 same trans bolt pattern

351M 400M 460 same trans bolt pattern
