Loose wire at bottom of motor under starter

I have a loose wire under the transaxle that has two wires going to what looks like 2 nuts. I have pics of it, This looks like a sensor of some type. Can anyone tell me what these wires do or what the sensor is?? Thanks.

So I tried to look at the pics on here but my work computer doesnt seem to like that idea cause its user nazi.
I'll check it out when I get home gladly though! In the mean time what is the engine size/year/etc...
