94 4cyl won't start in the wet

I have a 94 probe 4cyl that cranks but will not start when it is wet. The fuel cutout light comes on and it will crank all day. Then once I put it in the garage and let it dry it starts fine. The inertia switch is brand new, I was wondering if maybe it is the fuel pump relay. I however do not know where it is. Can anyone offer some advice as to what the problem might be or even where the fuel pump relay is at? My thinking is it has to be something under the hood or under the car to be affected by the moisture. Any help would be appreciated.

closely inspect the inside of the distributor cap for cracks and carbon tracks..definitely an ignition problem..fuel pump problems are rare on probes

its most likely the distributor cap my did the same thing
