Ford Probe The Probe appeared in 1988 and lasted until 1997 in the United States. It was based on a series of futuristic concept cars of the early 1980s, the likes of which have been seen in films like Judge Dredd, Back to the Future Part II and Total Recall. It was a coupe based on the Mazda GD platform, and was powered by a 2.2 L SOHC I4 cylinder Mazda F2 engine.

Default My probe just quits

I have a 1993 probe gt which i recently installed cold air intake on. I noticed before i put it on that sometimes it would just quit but it would crank right back. Now it quits and doesnt start back at all. I think it is a temp sensor or the MAF but im not sure. I put a new fuel filter on it and it didnt change, but I was wondering if anyone could help me before i sink a ton of money into it. You can email me at: b.fischer08@gmail.com THANKS
