1996 Probe SE for sale $500 obo

I've got a Probe for sale. It's a 1996 SE version, which means 4 cyl. Here's it's deal:

92,800 miles on car
tires were replaced last summer and have less than 4k miles on them
entire exhaust system was replaced last summer
interior is great
exterior is also great, just one tiny spot of rust, very small
has CD player and remote entry
automatic tranny works great
engine....is dead. the head gasket overheated and had big problems.

I don't have time to replace the engine, so I'm selling. Other than that, you're getting a very very nice car. So if you can replace the engine yourself, this is a great deal. I've been told a probe in this good of condition but with a bad engine should be worth about $500, so that's what I'm offering it for.
