Ford Probe The Probe appeared in 1988 and lasted until 1997 in the United States. It was based on a series of futuristic concept cars of the early 1980s, the likes of which have been seen in films like Judge Dredd, Back to the Future Part II and Total Recall. It was a coupe based on the Mazda GD platform, and was powered by a 2.2 L SOHC I4 cylinder Mazda F2 engine.

Default crank sensor

ahh yes the wonderful world of ford ! I have the same problem but you cant get the values of any of the component's from ford ! a little trick they plan out so you have to bring it to them or spend a ton of money in tools right? I have several years in the field ford and Mazda are impossible to get the correct info from I have not seen anyone post anything about the crank positioning sensor there are two codes that set the crank sensor off but only one says crank sensor that is P0335 the other says ignition input circuit fault code P0320 how nice of the family of fine cars to do that so if you have a new distrib and the coil cap and rotor are good and the EE relay are good ford blames the pcm first lets think input circuit fault where does it come from ? the crank sensor first then the mod not how ford wants you to follow the trouble tree have you noticed that all they say is replace part after part until it is fixed and just for kicks check the coil in 15 years I have only replaced one pcm and that was a dodge most times it is component's or a broken wire hope this helps some one
