Ford Ranger More than two decades ago, the Ford Ranger debuted as an answer to various compact pickup trucks being made available by Japanese automakers. The Ranger was cleanly styled and offered with a choice of a 6-foot or 7-foot bed. Ford boasted that the Ranger had more interior room than the best-selling imports and that 4-by-8-foot construction material could be carried in the bed.

Default Ford Ranger forum welcome

Welcome to the Ranger Sub-forum.

This forum is for questions/threads about your Ranger...

You can post questions about your engine/transmission either here, or under the Engine & Drivetrain forum. Questions on modifying your Ranger are also welcome here.

And as always, remember to use the search function, you will have an answer quicker if you find it in the search instead of waiting for someone to answer. Another thing to keep in mind, is that if you have a problem you could check the Explorer sub-forum, because in many ways Explorers and Rangers are identical and will have the same problems/fixes.

I am the current moderator of this forum. If you have any problems with the site or another member, feel free to contact me, or any of the other moderators.

Also, when you post, please provide your model year, and any other options/information you can provide about it. It will help people be able to solve problems quicker knowing that up front.
