| loss of power so today i bought a can of seafoam to "use" and sucked it up through the vaccum line attached through the brake booster so everything was fine for about 15 mins, then i got a hesatation around 35 - 50 mph around where the gears shift. the truck has lost almost al of its power to get it to accel after 30 i have to almost floor it and it will catch randomly acting normal till you stop the the cycle repeats now then i heard a rattleing/viberating from the exhaust system near the back of the truck, the plugs and wiers were done 40k ago and all motorcraft parts and so was the fuel filter. none of this heppend till i used the seafoam junk. any ideas?

| That seafoam knocks down the octane abit. You did get on it and blow all the white crap out the exhaust when you did it? And you got the brake booster line back on?

| It needed a MAF sensor wich triggered the check engine light but that cured the missing for about a day now its back and doin the same thing so i replaced the fuel filter (it was due anyways) and still nothing still misses and idols rough i am starting to think along the lines of putts225 with the timing belt, the plugs and wires got about 65k on them and were replaced with motorcraft parts, anymore ideas?

| If it was the timing belt, it wouldn't have stopped for a day after replacing the MAF.
Other than idling rough, does it still miss while driving?

| It's possible the SEAFOAM fouled the plugs. I doubt that the wires are bad. Pinging rattling noise in the exhaust could be a clogged cat ($$$$$).
