Ford RangerMore than two decades ago, the Ford Ranger debuted as an answer to various compact pickup trucks being made available by Japanese automakers. The Ranger was cleanly styled and offered with a choice of a 6-foot or 7-foot bed. Ford boasted that the Ranger had more interior room than the best-selling imports and that 4-by-8-foot construction material could be carried in the bed.

my heater dosent work, it blows out cold air but dosent seem to ever heat up. could it possibly be the heater core or what?
I had a similar issue at one point. I tracked it down to a vacum problem on the left side of the engine. There is a small device that uses the vacum to pull open the heating system so that the heated water from the block flows through your heater core. This was not opening on Mine, so I had to turn the heater on, reach in and massage the line open by softly tugging on the back of it. This actually enabled it to open for me. After doing that a few times the problem dissappeared. If that is not the problem, you could have the vacum system checked to see if you have a leak somewhere and it is not providing a strong enough pull to open it. I hope it helps.
