Ford RangerMore than two decades ago, the Ford Ranger debuted as an answer to various compact pickup trucks being made available by Japanese automakers. The Ranger was cleanly styled and offered with a choice of a 6-foot or 7-foot bed. Ford boasted that the Ranger had more interior room than the best-selling imports and that 4-by-8-foot construction material could be carried in the bed.
I am going around posting this on the forums that I belong to. I love my Ranger and TRS! Ford is trying to shut us down just for using the name "ranger" in the name! What I ask from you if you feel up to it is e-mail Ford about this issue. All help will be appreciated. Here's the thread!
This has been done 1000's of times to other sites and the same answer will come out of it. Its just a domain name. A series of letters and numbers that direct a web browser to a certain group of computers.
At this point, I don't think Ford can really afford to make more Americans hate them.
Am I writing about your mid-size truck or a person who roams the forest? Figure it out!
Come get me.
I'll just not ever buy your vehicles again, nor will my family and drive you to another bailout. You should be concentrating on making good vehicles and not being internet trolls. You don't see honda getting all bent out of shape about people starting websites for honda car enthusiasts. You would think you would like that to happen. What the hell?
Ford cant do SHI%. Ranger is not a trademark exclusive to Ford. Look up Ranger in the dictionary and get its meanings, they would also have to go after the Government for using the word Ranger IE Forest Ranger.
Frankly Mark I disagree. It sounds to me like they were more concerned with him manufacturing and selling Ford logo'd products without a license to do so.

some of the decals were the "F" "O" "R" "D" letters for the tailgates (gen 1 trucks) that are no longer available. it was still alot of b.s. on ford's part. if nothing else came of this, ford now knows there is still alot of intrest in the ranger line and maybe it will "live" a little longer. that thread over there got to 940 posts and 63 pages in a little over 24 hours. quite a show of support!
