I have only about 300 clicks on it so far. But I am having this problem, today the engine started to shake when my RPM would go above 3000, and it was not doing this before. I was curious if anyone is familiar with this problem.

By this you mean when you're at 3K RPM on the freeway as opposed to just revving it up just to determine if its a drivability or engine problem. With this brand spanking new truck I'd go straight to the Ford CEO for this if I were you.
