Ford Ranger More than two decades ago, the Ford Ranger debuted as an answer to various compact pickup trucks being made available by Japanese automakers. The Ranger was cleanly styled and offered with a choice of a 6-foot or 7-foot bed. Ford boasted that the Ranger had more interior room than the best-selling imports and that 4-by-8-foot construction material could be carried in the bed.

Default EGR Valve Removal on 99 Ranger
I recently pulled the codes from my truck after the check engine light came on and found out I possibly have a faulty EGR valve. I have tried to remove the one that is on there twice now with no luck. I am unable to get the connection piece that is on the tube to spin at all. I have sprayed the area with Liquid Wrench as well as Freeze Off to see if that would loosen it up at all, but nothing seems to be breaking this thing free. I don't have much room to work with, but I have been able to get my crescent wrench on there and just cant get the thing to turn at all. Is there some special tool/tricks/process to get this thing off? I haven't seen such poor positioning of some items in vehicles as I have seen on this truck.

Any help would be greatly appeciated.
