I have a 2005 2.3L Ranger that has 70k on it. It will idle really rough and low and then shoot up to 2000+ RPM. I doesn't appear to matter if its cold or not and doesn't do it every time. Today was the first day that it died on startup though. I ran the computer on it and came up clean. Are there any suggestions?
