 1984 ranger won't start
I have a 1984 ranger 4 litre engine. At one time, it had an intermittant problem starting when the engine was hot. Last week I put the code reader on it when it would not start and got a low voltage on the mass air flow sensor and right after that got a high voltage on the mass air flow. Just before putting the reader on I tried starting it and it wouldn't go. After finding the codes it started right away. Drove it home where it sat for the weekend. Tried starting again today and it just turns over and over and over. Which is the way it did things with the hot problem only then I could wait about 10 minutes and it would go. Now it is cold and won't start. Any suggestions? |
