Ford Ranger More than two decades ago, the Ford Ranger debuted as an answer to various compact pickup trucks being made available by Japanese automakers. The Ranger was cleanly styled and offered with a choice of a 6-foot or 7-foot bed. Ford boasted that the Ranger had more interior room than the best-selling imports and that 4-by-8-foot construction material could be carried in the bed.

Unhappy starting and then stalling

I have a 91 Ford Ranger. Bought the truck being told it needs a new fuel pump. However, it did not code that it needs one. When you start it up it will run no problem and idles fine. Then when you put it into gear it will stall. Did a complete tune up. Wires, spark plugs, hoses, and even replaced the mass airflow senosr. Which was told it could be. If anyone could help I would be so happy...

thanks so much
