I Have exact issue. I had a bad power steering leak and replaced pump . Noise is less but still there if I turn wheel. IU am thinking it's possibly my over sized truck tires causing issue.

Power steering pump has fluid and ball joints seem fine. Could it be my pump is going or is the belt slipping? Only does it when I turn the wheel. NO its not the tires rubbing the pavement we have ice here now. Any help will be appreceiated!!!!
