Ford Ranger More than two decades ago, the Ford Ranger debuted as an answer to various compact pickup trucks being made available by Japanese automakers. The Ranger was cleanly styled and offered with a choice of a 6-foot or 7-foot bed. Ford boasted that the Ranger had more interior room than the best-selling imports and that 4-by-8-foot construction material could be carried in the bed.

Default accelerating problems with 96 ranger
I've been having problems with starting and accelerating in my ranger. I changed the fuel pump and filter. Then the egr valve and sensor. Now I'm looking at the crankpositioning sensor. I heard the computor might be an issue.. I changed the plugs and the wires are good. Anyone have any ideas?

Computor went bad upon

What sort of problems are you exactly having? I would defentitly spend some time troubleshooting before spending anymore money.
