2001 Vulcan. After driving through puddles and intense rain a few months ago I have had random hesitation and stalling problems. They never seemed to follow a pattern although the theft light would always blink before the engine would catch again and resume operation. The engine only completely died once or twice. Yesterday while on the interstate I had a complete loss of power and after being towed home have not been able to start the car. I have accessories and lights but the fuel pump does not come on and the starter has only turned maybe twice over the course of 50+ attempts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
