Ford Taurus Along the way, Ford has made some 500 changes to the Taurus, changes that were already scheduled for the mid-cycle freshening of the Five Hundred. The general body shape of the new Taurus is the same as that of the previous Five Hundred, a large, front-wheel-drive family sedan, but almost everything else has changed for the better.

Default 1999 Ford Taurus Leaking anti-freeze
Hello All,

I have a 1999 ford Taurus 3.0L with approx. 80k - That is leaking anti-freeze on the front passenger side - just inside the front tire. I have crawled under the car, looked inside the hood and can't seem to find where the leak is coming from. Coolent level isn't low, heater still works fine. Any ideas. Leak was small at 1st (about 1-3 inch diameter) now getting much worse. Seems to leak after car has been running then parked.

Any ideas? Help much appreciated.
