Ford Taurus Along the way, Ford has made some 500 changes to the Taurus, changes that were already scheduled for the mid-cycle freshening of the Five Hundred. The general body shape of the new Taurus is the same as that of the previous Five Hundred, a large, front-wheel-drive family sedan, but almost everything else has changed for the better.

kagesticket Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 3	Oh yeah there are two more insignificant problems The first one is that my automatic headlight switch thats distinguishes between day and night only allows the parking lights to come on at night. Is there any way to correct this? Like a burnt fuse or loose wire? The second problem is that on road trips my air conditioner likes to freeze over after about an hour of running at any fan speed and between the temperatures of 60 and 70 degrees. I have to run the regular fan with no a/c for about ten minutes to thaw it out, but after I turn the a/c back on it does it all over again. It gets annoying on long trips and I was just wondering if anyones experienced this... Thanks
