Ford TaurusAlong the way, Ford has made some 500 changes to the Taurus, changes that were already scheduled for the mid-cycle freshening of the Five Hundred. The general body shape of the new Taurus is the same as that of the previous Five Hundred, a large, front-wheel-drive family sedan, but almost everything else has changed for the better.
hey guys mum bought a 96 model ford taurus and the air condiditoner was working fine after about 2months it just blows hot air. we took it to air con place to get it regassed and they said it was full of gas and ther compressor and that was fine. then they said it may be a diagnostic problem has anyone had this same trouble
It could be the blend door is stuck in the hot position. if the line going to the evaporator is cold and the compressor is engaging, then that seems to be your problem.
well im pretty keen to try it if its not the problem so be it i learnt how to get at it if it does fuck up
so neone got any tips on wat to pull out to get at it
