Ford ThunderBird Ford thought they'd take their own stab at the nostalgia business. There are quite a few last-century icons that wear the blue oval. For a revival subject, why not use a car famous enough to have been the subject of Beach Boys songs, starred in George Lucas movies, and has been gone long enough to be missed? Why not indeed. In 2002, the Thunderbird was reborn.

Default 94 bird problem

i got a 94 tbird and im not new to the bird either i have owned many. the rear end feels really loose and has a grinding sound...just had new wheel bearing put in and all bushings look good as well as shocks...no excessive brake dust, but i do have a ripped axle boot on one side sounds like the same side as the grinding. the other day it started clicking and popping really bad in a small turn but quit when i accelerated. any idea what the hell is going on?? thanks

I don't really know much about those IRS setups, but is there another bearing in the diff housing? Or possibly the cv joint is going inside that torn boot. That might explain the clicking sound. Hope this helds
