i have a thunderbird 4.6L v8 with an automatic transmission. but i have no forward gears. it will run in reverse but not forward. all it will do is rev up when i press the pedal. i was told my a mechanic that i had a pump go out. he said i ran it without tranny fluid but when i checked it i had fluid in it. can anyone help me
